The Headquarters Information Technology and Communications Division provides services for telephone installation, configuration changes, and removal, as well as special purpose requirements such as voice and data lines, teleconference units, voice mail, telephone equipment, and repairs.

All desk telephones have been converted to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) instruments.
