Why: IP address conflicts
Users Affected: Potentially all Headquarters users
Many XEROX Multifunction Devices at HQ are currently returning an error when the “scan-to-e‑mail” function is initiated. There is no issue with printing, copying, or other scanning tasks. This issue is actively being worked.
Please report any device that is not working correctly to the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD), and be sure to specify that a “master” ticket exists for this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
