| What to Expect: |
You will receive an automated daytime software installation. Your computer must be connected to the HQ network. This installation will allow you to continue working while it operates in the background. However, you may see your screen refresh during this software push. This is expected, and no cause for concern. |
Benefits: |
It has been determined that your computer requires additional software in order for your smartcard to fully function. This is necessary but not the final step for smartcard deployment. |
