Unplanned Desktop Backup and Recovery Service Outage – Ongoing

When: Saturday, November 15, 11 a.m. – present (Outage is ongoing)

Why:  An unplanned power outage occurred at NASA HQ, resulting in significant consequences for the Tivoli application

Users Affected:  All Headquarters users

Desktop Backup and Recovery Service is currently unavailable at this time. An unplanned power outage has had significant consequences for the Tivoli application. You will be informed as soon as an estimated date of its return to service is available.
