The NEF system is an electronic library of Agency and HQ forms available via the Web and with electronic file transfer capability to other NASA organizations. The Desktop eForms software is used on your desktop to access electronic form capabilities such as filling out, signing, submitting, archiving, and tracking electronic forms. All NASA forms, both Agency and Center-specific, are available in the NEF system.

The NEF service provides design, production, publication, and maintenance of agency and HQ forms in electronic format. To submit a request for a new form or to update an existing form, contact the HQ Forms Administration Team below.
