There are 115 Xerox Multifunction Copiers in use at NASA Headquarters. In addition to providing copy and print capabilites, the devices allow you to scan and fax documents.
Default Settings for Multifunction Copiers:
- No cover sheet is generated for print jobs.
- 2-sided printing (“duplex”) is the default for walk-up copying, while single-sided printing is the default for requests sent from the desktop.
- All jobs will be produced in black & white unless otherwise specified at the time of the print or copy request.
Quick Reference Guides are available. These guides will help you to get to know your new machine. They will introduce you to the parts of the machine, explain the control panel, show you how to load paper, and how to complete a simple copy, fax, and scan a job. |
