Desktop Phone	The Cisco model 9971 is the current desktop phone at NASA HQ, and is used by most users in the building.  This phone features a high-quality speakerphone and can be found in many smaller conference rooms.  It can be used as an alternative to a conference speakerphone unit when the number of participants is small.
