The Account Administration team provides account services primarily to the NASA Headquarters community. The team provides support for the creation, troubleshooting, and deletion of the following types of accounts: Domain, E-mail, and Custom Applications.
For new users, standard accounts are established by the responsible organization through the onboarding process using IdMAX. Once standard accounts are established, users can login to IdMAX themselves to request additional accounts and access.
Account requests for Entrust PKI, and SecurID Tokens are made through IdMAX.
