The Account Administration team provides account services primarily to the NASA Headquarters community. The team provides support for the creation, troubleshooting, and deletion of the following types of accounts: Domain, E-mail, Entrust PKI, Custom Applications, and SecurID Token.
For new users, standard accounts are established by the responsible organization using the Check In Check Out (CICO) system. Once standard accounts have been established, users can request additional access themselves using the CICO.
Note: Account requests for NASA systems are no longer requested through CICO. They are now processed through IdMAX (Access Management).

If you experience a problem accessing an existing account, contact the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) at 202-358-HELP (4357) or send an e-mail to nasa-esd@mail.nasa.gov. The Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) will dispatch the ticket to Account Administration or the appropriate technical resource to resolve the problem. |
