The Headquarters Information Technology Support Services (HITSS) contract provides integrated Information Technology (IT), systems engineering and operations, and IT-related management support services to all Mission Directorates and Mission Support Offices at NASA Headquarters.

Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is the HITSS service provider. This is a cost-plus-incentive-fee contract, with the ability to issue indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity task orders on a cost-plus-incentive fee or cost-plus-fixed fee basis. The period of performance includes 1base year with four 1-year options not to exceed 5 years.

The HITSS contract provides support to ITCD and its NASA customers in the areas of program management, program-wide services, customer relationship management, application development, information management, NASA HQ Data Center support, systems engineering and integration, multimedia, and IT security. The HITSS contract provides support to NASA Headquarters’ internal information systems as well as utilizes a contractor provided external information system in the delivery and management of services to NASA Headquarters.
