The Agency Consolidated End-user Services (ACES) contract is one of five procurements under NASA’s IT Infrastructure Integration Program (I3P). ACES provides a consolidated solution for delivering end-user services across the Agency to achieve increased efficiencies and reduced costs through standardization. Services include: provisioning and support of desktops, laptops, cell phones, personal digital assistants, printers, and office automation software.
Marshall Space Flight Center is the host Center for the ACES program. The ACES service provider is Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services (HPES).
